Show Description
The Mental Health Mentor is Mindful + Melanated’s official talk show hosted by Regina Renaye. In each one-hour episode Regina interviews black women who have a connection with mental health and wellness in some way. Guests can include black women therapists, hypnotists, yoga instructors, and of course those with lived experience.
During these broadcasts, you will get the chance to ask our guests questions live and in real-time. Watching these shows is a great way to ask any burning questions you may have for a therapist or other mental wellness practitioner. Topics for each episode will be listed in this forum.

Our support groups, workshops, and live broadcasts are designed to give us black queens a safe space to share our experiences with each other. We don’t allow mixed company (i.e. “allies”) in our sister circles because we want you to feel comfortable speaking on what’s in your heart without having to code switch, dumb down, or walk on pins and needles.
Meeting Schedule
Meetings will take place 7:30 p.m. EST to 8:30 p.m. EST on the first and third Thursday of the month via Zoom.
