I help my clients who are stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed and develop a lasting mindful practice according to their values, personality, and lifestyle to experience a refreshed, nurtured, and peaceful life. As a psychotherapist for almost 20 years, I began my mindfulness journey and implemented mindful resources in my counseling practice. While I still provide counseling, mindfulness coaching has expanded to work with those who may not have a mental health need.
In my coaching practice, I offer strategies, tools, and guidance to help you begin to feel your potential, joy, and peace. We will start by looking at your values, personality traits, and goals. From there, we will create a plan together to help you achieve your desires. My approach to life coaching is to help you navigate.
I offer several mindfulness coaching packages for men, women, and children. In addition, I am passionate about race-based & spiritual trauma. Through breathing and stillness, we can deepen our journey toward restoration and peace. I understand for those who’ve experienced trauma; meditation may be difficult. All my mediations are set with that in mind. I believe that each individual should start where comfortable. Meditations require a growing into that isn’t about achieving but about the journey. In addition, meditation is not a competition. Each person may have a separate experience, and that is okay.
I am a licensed independent mental health counselor, ordained minister, and restorative yoga instructor. I am equipped to help you find your peaceful place. I know I am vulnerable when I meditate & in my vulnerability, I find strength. I wish you well on your journey and hope to hear from you.
